Gulf of Mexico Support @ RCP
Oil and Gas operators in the Gulf of Mexico have a myriad of regulatory requirements to satisfy. The specialists at RCP have expertise in the following areas:

Spill Response Plans, Training, and Drills
Not all operations in the Gulf of Mexico are alike. And not all plans should be alike. RCP has developed oil spill response plans for very small to very large operators on the OCS, all of which have been customized to the client's specific needs and approved by the MMS. We can develop these plans in CD-ROM format, including all the associated reference materials that you desire, with a simple "point and click" interface. Call for a demo, or visit our companion site at http://www.opa90.com to explore some of the options.
POEs / DOCDs
Need a Plan of Exploration? A Development Operations Coordination Document? We have experience with both, and will be glad to provide a quote. Our offices are conveniently located in downtown Houston, and in Baton Rouge only minutes away from the MMS offices in Metairie.
Air emissions calculations
RCP's expertise with air emissions calculations extends onto the OCS as well. The MMS is continuing to expand the amount of air emissions data that they require from OCS operators, especially in the Breton Sound area. Let RCP keep track of the appropriate data, perform the supporting calculations, and handle reporting to the MMS as needed.
USCG EEPs
Emergency Evacuation Plans are another requirement for OCS operators . . . we have done them many times. If you need help, give us a call!
Due Diligence - Aquired Properties / Platforms
Offshore platforms are sold and acquired on a daily basis. RCP can help by checking the previous operator's documentation to ensure that all the required information is available, and by highlighting any omissions. You will know if the necessary information is available, and if not, can require the previous operator to produce it before the sale takes place. RCP can also ensure that the necessary information is actually located and transferred with the property, and not left behind in the previous operator's files.
