EXPERIENCE:
- 5 - 20 years regulatory compliance experience in oil & gas, pipeline, petrochemical or similar industry
DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES
- Strong understanding of state and federal environmental and safety regulatory agencies, including their jurisdiction and major regulations.
- Ability to develop effective written compliance programs for various federal and state regulatory drivers.
- Recent history of auditing compliance activities at a wide variety of operational facilities such as petrochemical, oil & gas, pipeline, or similar
- Hands-on implementation of regulatory compliance programs (DOT, OSHA PSM, EPA, USCG, MMS, ACOE)
- Understanding of computer-based compliance task-management systems, preferably administrator and implementation level.

- Preferred integrated operations experience, including production, refining, marketing, pipeline, process plant and/or facilities.
DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering DOT regulatory support and assistance to various pipeline operator assets.
- Maintaining current knowledge of all pipeline regulations, proposed rulemakings, and associated advisories.

EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of technical oil and gas industry experience within engineering, operations and/or compliance teams.
- Direct experience in pipeline integrity management role(s), such as program development, risk modeling, assessment coordination, anomaly mitigation, or similar.
DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering pipeline integrity management oversight to various pipeline operations.
- Develop and manage written Integrity Management Programs for various liquid and gas POC's
- • Conduct internal pipeline integrity inspections using federal protocols.
- Review history of various pipeline segment to assess integrity risks.
- Recommend most appropriate integrity assessment method(s) that address identified threats.
- Assess the results pipeline integrity assessments and communicate the results.
- Develop an appropriate action plan based on the results integrity assessments.
- Validate and document the results integrity assessments and the corresponding actions.
- Update the risk model and associated processes.
- Prepare preventive risk analysis measures.

GIS Mapping Specialist

EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of direct hands-on experience with ArcGIS & CAD suite of software
- Experience working in a small engineering office atmosphere or pipeline industry a plus
DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITIES
- Create and maintain data and maps compatible with geographically referenced data.
- Compile geographic data from multiple sources, i.e.: surveys, plot plans, aerial and satellite imagery.
- Process collected field data into coherent geo-database, display using GIS.
- Analyze geographic relationships among varying types of data.
- Draft and update CAD plots and diagrams.
- Develop custom applications in Visual Basic, MS Access or other suitable data management software.
- Operate and maintain GIS system hardware, software, plotter.
- Retrieve and update stored maps, diagrams and databases.
- Familiarity with cartographic concepts, i.e.: coordinate systems, map scales, topography.
- Familiarity with GIS related technology, i.e.: GPS devices, survey equipment, plotters, FTP.
